✊ Celebrating Philadelphia's cannabis reform history
12 Years of Decriminalization
Philadelphia's move toward cannabis decriminalization was an important step in changing how cannabis possession was treated in the city. Philly Decrim Day celebrates that history while recognizing that decriminalization was only the beginning.
The cannabis community continues to advocate for adult-use legalization, patient protections, Home Grow, expungement and pardons, social equity, responsible regulation, and an end to unnecessary cannabis-related arrests.
